Check it yourself

You can check quickly what AI assistants say about your company.

This does not replace a QuorumLab measurement, but it shows whether there is a problem at all. A check of your own gives you no fixed date, no consistent protocol, no examination of sources and no plan of work.

Before you start

Do not paste confidential documents, client data, commercial terms, contracts, internal material or anything non public into AI assistants.

For a first check the public company name, the website and the legal name are enough.

How to run it

Ask each question more than once.

It works better across different days and in separate sessions. Five requests in a row inside one chat do not count as five proper runs: the conversation already carries context.

Write down the date, the system, the question and the result.

Three quick questions

Start with the simple ones.

  1. 1. The company name

    What does [company name] do?

See whether the company is recognised correctly.

  2. 2. The company name and the sector

What does [company name] do in [sector]?

Check whether the system mixes the company up with competitors, directories, namesakes or an old description.

  3. 3. The legal entity

What is known about [legal company name]?

Compare the answer with what appears on the site, in registries and in open sources.

Five more checks

These questions get closer to the cause.

  1. 4. The category without the company name

Which companies in [category] work in [country or market]?

If your company is relevant but does not appear, it may be poorly connected to the category.

  2. 5. A comparison with a competitor

Compare [company name] and [competitor] on [category].

Check whether the system describes the differences correctly.

  3. 6. Trust

Can [company name] be trusted? Which sources is the answer based on?

Look at the sources as well as the conclusion, if the system shows them. Some assistants do not cite sources at all, and that is fine: in that case judge the answer itself.

  4. 7. The management

    Who runs [company name]?

Check whether the system is using outdated information.

  5. 8. The company history

What is the history of [company name]?

Errors often appear after a rebrand, a change of legal entity, a merger of products or a change of structure.

Where to record the result

For each question, note how many of the five runs gave a correct answer.

Question · Run 1–5 · Correct /5

What matters is the ratio of right to wrong, not any single answer.

How to read the result

If the answers mostly agree and the facts are right, the problem may be small.

If the answers diverge, the company gets mixed up with another organisation, old names surface or the system does not understand what you do, you need a measurement.

If the system cites Reddit, directories, stray reviews or outdated pages, the next step is to find out where exactly the error comes from.

What comes next

Send us your company website and describe briefly what you saw.

Our first reply contains an observation about your data, not a request for a call.
