What is QuorumLab?
QuorumLab is a European research startup that measures and improves how AI represents organisations and people.
Our work combines specialist expertise, our own research platform and an institutional R&D framework for problems that require testing rather than a predetermined solution.
We look at the picture AI presents, investigate what is shaping it, change what can reasonably be changed, and measure the result again.
Our goal is not to make an external AI system say particular words. We work with verifiable facts and with the parts of the public information environment that can actually be improved.
The picture AI presents should reflect the reality you've built.

Why a research approach?
The environment changes quickly. AI models evolve, the sources they rely on change, and public platforms update their rules.
When the cause is not yet clear, we begin by measuring what is happening and identifying what may be shaping the result.
If the task is already clear, we can carry out the specific work directly. If the symptom is visible but the cause is not, we investigate the possible causes, make justified changes and measure what happens next.

What we work on
QuorumLab works with the parts of the public information environment that may affect how an organisation or person is represented by AI.
Our work includes AI Visibility measurement and research, alongside specialist work with websites and data, Wikidata, Wikipedia eligibility, Reddit and broader research projects.
The right tool depends on the task. We do not assume in advance that Wikipedia, Reddit, a new website or any other single intervention will solve the problem.

Languages and markets
We measure AI representation in the languages that matter to the client's market.
For projects in Finland, this often includes Finnish. English and other languages can be added when international customers, partners, investors, professional communities or research audiences are relevant.
Reports for Finnish projects can be prepared in Finnish or English.

Some QuorumLab projects involve confidential information, so we do not rely on client logos or public case studies without the client's permission.
We show how our work is done through clear methods, verifiable evidence and repeat measurement — not through client names alone.
