What QuorumLab Finland is

QuorumLab measures and corrects the data that search engines and AI assistants use to build an answer about a company, an organisation or a person.

We work where the facts can be supported by verifiable sources.

finland.quorumlab.eu is the Finnish version of the project. The work runs with our Finnish partner Soft Dev Oy, which provides the local presence, the contracts and the invoicing.

Why we call it a lab

The instruments that shape assistant answers change faster than the practices around them settle. Engines update, citation sources shift, platform rules get rewritten.

So we do not work from a fixed set of techniques. We check which instruments actually move an answer right now, which ones have stopped, and what the evidence for that looks like.

The method has a version. The set of questions, the number of runs and the scoring thresholds get revised. The version appears in every report, so results from different periods can be compared properly.

Every measurement adds to the wider picture. We keep results in one format and can see how engine behaviour shifts from quarter to quarter. Anonymised summaries may be published separately.

The instruments are not chosen in advance. Wikidata, owned surfaces, Reddit and the English Wikipedia affect answers in different ways. The measurement shows which of them to use.

What we do

Measurement. We check what assistants say about the client right now and work out where the error comes from.

Records and identifiers. We correct existing records in open databases, create the missing ones, and link them to each other and to external identifiers.

Website data. We show what the site tells machines, write a brief for the developers and check the outcome after it goes live.

Owned surfaces and Reddit. We build an open public layer that assistants can cite, and set up an official presence on discussion platforms.

The Wikipedia eligibility check. We check whether there are enough independent publications for an article in the English Wikipedia.

Languages

The measurement runs in the language your market checks you in. For Finland that is Finnish. English comes in when there are international buyers, partners, investors or an academic audience.

Reports are written in Finnish or in English.

Why there are no case studies or logos here

Work on records and sources is often confidential, and no write-up is possible without the client agreeing to it.
