Accessibility
QuorumLab Finland wants this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, need larger text or prefer reduced motion.
This statement describes how the site is built and what to do if something does not work for you.

How the site is built
- Structure
- Every page has one main heading, one main landmark and a skip link to it. Menus are real navigation landmarks, not decorative lists.
- Keyboard
- Everything that can be clicked can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and the focused element is always visible.
- Contrast and text
- Text and controls are set to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA contrast. Text can be enlarged without content being cut off.
- Motion
- Animation is limited to short, small movements, and it is switched off when the browser reports a preference for reduced motion.
- Language
- Each page declares its language, and the language switch points at the same document in the other language.

What we know is not finished
- This statement has not yet been verified by an external accessibility audit.
- Some documents published as attachments may not meet the same level as the pages themselves.
