FAQ

This page answers the main questions about measurements, reports, limits and how QuorumLab Finland works.

If your question is about a particular company, a short enquiry works better: send the site and describe the task in two or three lines.

How does the work usually begin?

With a measurement.

Until you know what AI assistants and search engines say about the company and where they take it from, any fix is made blind. The measurement shows which layers need work: the site, the structured data, the external records, owned surfaces, Reddit or the source base for Wikipedia.

What is an AI Visibility Baseline?

A measurement of what assistants say about the company, fixed to a date.

Each question runs at least five times across different days and in separate sessions. The result appears as a share of correct answers: 5 of 5, 4 of 5, 3 of 5 or 2 of 5. One answer is not a measurement.

Why is one ChatGPT answer not enough?

Because one answer shows only what happened once.

The wording of the question, the history of the conversation, the moment in time and the sources the system used all feed into it. So QuorumLab works with a repeatable measurement rather than a screenshot of a single answer.

How long does the work take?

A measurement takes two to ten working days depending on the level.

Work on records and on the site depends on scope and on how quickly your team responds. We set out the timing together with the scope, before we start. Changes in assistant answers do not show up at once: outside systems refresh their data over weeks, not days.

What does the client get?

A dated report in Word and PDF.

The report shows which answers are stable, where the system gets it wrong, where the error comes from and what can be done next. The higher levels add a consultation.

Do you edit the answers of ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity directly?

No.

QuorumLab does not control assistant answers directly. We work on the input: the site, structured data, external records, public sources, links and open surfaces. Then we measure what changed against the date of the first measurement.

Do you guarantee a Google Knowledge Panel?

No.

QuorumLab does not guarantee a Google Knowledge Panel, a particular wording in assistant answers or the removal of negative material from search results. What we guarantee is the work performed and a measurable change in the input data.

Can I order only the fixes, without a measurement?

You can, though it is not the route we recommend.

Without a measurement it is unclear which layer is actually broken. Sometimes the problem sits in the external records rather than the site. Sometimes the opposite: fixing the site markup is enough and the rest is unnecessary.

What is a Wikipedia Eligibility Report?

An assessment of whether the sources support a possible article in the English Wikipedia.

It is not the writing of an article and not a promise of publication. The report goes through the independent sources, the history of any deletions, the risks and a plan for strengthening the source base.

Do you work with private individuals?

Yes, where the facts can be supported by verifiable sources.

QuorumLab does not create unsupported biographies, does not add contested claims without sources and does not take on projects that would look like self-promotion.

What if I am an agency?

There is a separate section for agencies.

The agency runs the client and sells the strategy, while QuorumLab does the data work under the agency brand. Commercial terms for agencies go out as a separate document after an enquiry.

How to start

Send us your company website and describe the task briefly.
