For agencies
You sell the strategy to the client and you answer for the result. We do the data work under your brand.
Reports and documents go out in your name, with no mention of us and no logos of ours. We do not appear publicly as the supplier on your projects and we do not contact your client. The contract is with you alone.
No figures and no prices in the text. Commercial terms are not published on the site and go out as a separate document after an enquiry.
How it works
- You bring the client task. A domain and a couple of lines about the situation are enough.
- We reply with what we can see in the machine layer, which product makes sense to start with and how long it will take.
- You quote your own price to the client. We neither approve it nor comment on it.
- We do the work, and the report goes out with no mention of us.
- We do not contact your client.
How a client is assigned to a partner is set out in the partner agreement.
Who this suits
Agencies that are already talking to a client about visibility in AI but have nobody on the team who works with data.
A data editor and a Reddit specialist are needed on a handful of projects a year, not continuously. Keeping that skill in house for that volume does not pay for itself, so it is usually brought in from outside.
We work with SEO agencies, communications and PR agencies, development studios and consultants who run corporate accounts.
What we do
The same as for direct clients, only under your brand.
- Measurement: what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews say about the client right now (AI Visibility Baseline, three levels of depth).
- Wikidata records: correcting existing ones, creating missing ones, linking them together, academic identifiers for universities and researchers.
- Website data: a structured data check and a precise brief for the client development team.
- Owned surfaces: open resources that assistants can cite.
- Reddit: exposure measurement, the official account, community architecture, operating rules and ongoing support.
- A source eligibility assessment for the English Wikipedia (Wikipedia Eligibility Report).
What gets discussed before an order
Before an order we discuss the result, the scope, the timing and who answers for what. That is enough for you to decide and to quote a price to the client.
The method is visible in the report itself: the list of questions, the number of runs, the date of the measurement and the sources behind every conclusion. You get it with the first order.
How the platform is built, which tools it uses and the internal algorithms stay closed, before an order and after it. This rule applies to every partner, with no exceptions.
We do not run system demonstrations, test runs or technical walkthroughs with your engineers before the first paid order. The rule is the same for every partner.
Limits
What is promised to the client
We do not guarantee visibility in search results, a Google Knowledge Panel or the wording of assistant answers. What we guarantee is the work performed and a measurable change in the input data against the date of measurement.
We work inside those limits. If more has already been promised to the client, tell us before we start: we can usually suggest wording that stays achievable and still satisfies them.
What we turn down
- There is nothing verifiable to support the facts about the client.
- The community would read the work as self-promotion.
- The task comes down to pushing negative material out of search results.
Some limits are visible from the brief. Others only surface after the first measurement, and then we stop the work and say so before going any further. Allow for that when you plan the timing and the conversation with your client.
Common questions
- Whose brand does the report carry?
- Yours. Documents come in an editable format with no mention of us, no logos and no links. You add your own.
- How do the terms work?
- Commercial terms go out as a separate document after an enquiry. They are not on the site: they depend on the volume of work and get revised from time to time.
- Will you talk to my client?
- No. Everything goes through you. If the work needs access or clarification, we ask you, not the client.
- What if the client wants to work with you directly?
- A client stays with the partner who brought them first, on the terms of the partner agreement. There is one exception: if the client approached us on their own before your enquiry.
- Can I see a sample report first?
- Yes. A sample with anonymised data is open on the site. We do not run test measurements on your client before the first paid order.
- How much volume does it take to start?
- One project. The usual pattern: take a measurement on a client you already run, show them the gaps and sell the next stage.
Request terms
Fill in the form and we will send the commercial terms as a separate document.
We ask about volume to work out the terms, not to screen you: a steady flow of projects changes them.
